Picture this: one afternoon Summer Brielle strides into the briefing room like she owns it—because she does—and every officer perks up as if someone shook a box of puppies. She isn’t the dime-a-dozen bureaucrat type; she’s tall, blonde, and leggy enough that you half expect heels to click across the linoleum even on her flats.
