Spark

A little spark, that was all it took. One second she glanced his way and her whole body snapped to attention, hips already agreeing before her brain caught up. She wanted him inside her the way some people want a second slice of cake—at any hour, no explanation needed. Same want as last night. Same want that’s brewing now. Last time the bed just hosted it; tonight it may not be so lucky. Muscle memory kicks in fast when need rides shotgun.
