The Physical: Final Exam

In the opening scene of this sequel, Jean Hollywood beams as someone crowns them with the nurse cap. Dr. Dee Williams and Nurse Khloe Kay clap and cheer that Hollywood officially joined the clinic staff. Hollywood lets out a shaky laugh and says the three of them really had to hustle to pull it off, then they all crack up and jump into the story. Flashback: Hollywood stands jittery while Williams and Kay linger close for backup, all three looking shaky. A tall, no-nonsense doctor named Trans Foxxy strides in, clipboard ready, to give the final sign-off on Hollywood’s graduation. Foxxy makes Hollywood conduct a full physical on her own body, and every move gets graded on the spot. Hollywood rattles off the right questions, but nerves keep tripping them up—tiny missteps, shaky hands. Williams and Kay can’t help tossing quiet tips. Foxxy’s icy glare says she hates the coaching. When the stethoscope comes off, Foxxy shakes her head. Not ready. Hollywood freezes. Williams and Kay jump in: the knowledge checks out, they argue. Foxxy concedes the facts are there, but the nerves have wrecked the bedside game. Who’d trust a shaky-handed nurse? Williams and Kay yank Hollywood aside for a quick whisper huddle. They tell Hollywood there’s one place their nerve never cracks. Go own it. Hollywood squares their shoulders, grabs Foxxy by the hips, and dives straight into a deliberate, fearless seduction. Williams and Kay peel off their scrubs, then all three cluster around Foxxy. Hollywood runs the show from the first kiss to the last thrust, moving with total swagger while Dee and Khloe help out where it counts. By the time everyone’s breathless and tangled, Foxxy looks impressed against her will.
