A NURU Homecoming

Clark gets home from deployment and Claire’s already smiling like she swallowed a secret. She doesn’t waste time with small talk. She just grabs his wrist and steers him straight to the bathroom. Steam fogs the mirror while they strip under warm water, soap sliding everywhere, hands slick and eager. Clark’s grinning now too, towel slung low as she marches him back to the bedroom.
